The hybrid organisation is becoming the reality for many multinationals. This was born out of necessity during the pandemic but having experienced the fact that virtual working can be effective and work very well for large organisations. Many of these organisations have now decided to operationalise hybrid working – but is this just a mish mash of what has come previously. I argue for giving more thought and direction to this. Hybrid organisation are not just mixes of previous models. They are something new altogether . . .
